Q: Are all of your products handmade/handcrafted? 

A: YES! What we do not hand craft ourselves, we  purchase from other  mostly local  small business artisans (with the exception of Women's Collectives in other countries where the profits of their sales go directly to them and not to the overseers of a sweatshop! As in the case of our gorgeous Kantha Quilts) 

Q: In regards to the Pantry  items, are they all Gluten Free?  

A: YES! We are actually a household of Celiacs, so our kitchen is completely Gluten Free.  No chance of cross contamination. 

Q: If I order something and I just don't like it, doesn't really do it for my esthetic, can I return it for a refund? 

A. YES!  However in the case of a mind change, the buyer would be responsible for the return shipping cost. 

Q: If  my order arrives damaged, can I be refunded? 

A. Yes,  we ship everything USPS Priority Mail, as it not only provides both of us with a tracking number, it is also insures the contents as well! We pack every item extra carefully so  there are no disappointments, however sometimes packages are damaged in the shipping process.  If your package arrives damaged, please contact us right away so we can make things right!
